Week 1

Here we are at the start of the tennis season. I'm not a fan of the first week, for the past few years I've gone at it pretty hard and lost quite a bit. It's a complete minefield this week, absolutely no form to go on and you're completely guessing on fitness levels (unless you've got some info). I'm planning a massive assault on the Australian Open and I'm not going to risk having a shocker and losing 25% of my bankroll in Week 1. I might have a go on some of the matches in Qatar later in the week as it's on TV and I'll be watching all of the coverage. Definately can't be bothered to stay up all night to watch scoreboards in Adelaide and Chennai and I don't want to be playing at a disadvantage.

Hi, welcome to my blog. My name is Chris, I've studied mathematics and statistics (a lot!!) and hope to use this knowledge to make a fortune! This blog is basically going to track my sports betting and poker playing exploits in 2008 (and hopefully beyond!). I plan on giving analysis of tennis matches on most days and as most of my plays are trades in-play, I am going to include lot's of screenshots to track how well it is going. I also like playing in MTTs, so will give regular updates on how they are going and if I manage to make any big cashes :).
